1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Visomapper ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and commercial projection mapping purposes, subject to these terms.
3. User Accounts
The App uses anonymous authentication to provide you with a seamless experience. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device
- All activities that occur under your account
- Not sharing access to your premium content
4. In-App Purchases
4.1 Premium Content
Some content in the App requires a one-time purchase or active subscription. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.
4.2 Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your App Store settings.
4.3 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their App Store policies. Please contact Apple Support for refund inquiries.
